We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Growth Marketing Manager to join our Nordic Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave. The role can be based in either Stockholm or Oslo, with the earliest possible start date being 1 December 2026.

What you'll do
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving Aon's growth agenda across the Nordic region. Working closely with sales teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts, you will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, PR, social media, email, and events. You will lead demand generation initiatives, develop engaging content tailored to Nordic audiences, and create opportunities for client engagement through events, executive roundtables, webinars, and thought leadership activities.
In this role, you will also coordinate the local activation of regional and global campaigns, strengthen Aon's brand visibility across the Nordic markets, and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing performance. A key focus will be leveraging both external and internally owned events to generate demand, designing effective pre- and post-event nurturing activities and ensuring strong pipeline follow-up in partnership with sales teams.
What we're looking for:
Experience
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
Experience managing campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.
Experience working in a Nordic organization is highly desirable.
Professional fluency in English. A Nordic language is highly desirable.
